About us

Lori Krasnowsky is the founder and owner of Image Matters Promotions.  She graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in Sociology.  She served her country with internships at the Secret Service and ATF and began her career, in earnest, as an insurance benefits analyst, in Oregon.  She enjoyed helping her clients more than she enjoyed the insurance business; so, after a move to Seattle in 1995, Lori began marketing promotional products. In 2000 she started Image Matters.

Lori is passionate about serving her clients and puts all of her efforts into knowing, understanding, and helping them.  She thrives on the dynamic challenge of providing clients with successful branding solutions and creative, focused marketing ideas and programs.  Lori especially appreciates the diversity of her clientele; from cutting edge, technology companies to non-profits and clubs, camps and schools.  Large or small, public or non-profit famous or private, Lori has the experience and contacts to get the job done.


Dana Brown is Director of Sales and Marketing for Image Matters.  She has a degree in Graphic Design from Oregon State University.  Having worked for many years in management of sales and marketing for print, broadcast and digital organizations, she has a clear understanding of the buyer's perspective.  As a sales manager, she anticipates the requirements of her clientele and enjoys serving their diverse needs.  Dana's background in Agency work has also given her the opportunity to coordinate and administrate strategic partenerships with clients to achieve success in achieving marketing goals with both tangible products and social media.  

In her position at Image Mattters, she enjoys the process of helping clients clarify their branded product needs and focusing on solutions and options.  Her focus on accuracy and her capacity for research and mastery of details is particularly helpful when it comes to identifying issues, answering questions and clarifying needs; offering a variety of solutions to almost every query.  The result is rewarding relationships with her clients, developing a rapport and trust, resulting in solid, successful and comprehensive promotional programs; tailored to the client's needs. 

Sue Ragsdale is our Marketing Specialist for Image Matters. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer service.  She comes to us from the Beaverton, Oregon Chamber of Commerce, where she spent the past five years as a Membership Specialist.  In that position, she developed business relationships and brought in new members to the chamber.  She has the entrusiasm, intelligence and drive to go out and talk to clients and prospective clients while building trust for their repeat business.

In her position at Image Matters, she continues to participate in the Chamber where she has many business relationships; seeks out their needs and helps find solutions for them and clients beyond the Chamber.

John Lengfelder is our Operations Manager, holds a degree from Bellevue College in Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and has extensive experience in contracts, construction, manufacturing, inventory control and operations management.  John loves solving problems and streamlining operations.  He will be working on support, research and customer service:  from samples to company stores.
